About Chamilia Beads
Each bead tells a unique story. You can design your bracelet by selecting beads that have special meaning for you, creating your own personal story.
Measure your wrist tightly, and then add about an inch. The extra inch will allocate enough space for you to add beads until your bracelet is complete (about 16-18 beads). If you do not intend to build a complete bracelet, you may want to add less than an inch.
The Chamilia bracelet comes with a clasp.
The safest way to clean your beads is with a silver polishing cloth. Do not use any cleaning solution.

Yes- we love our military. Orders will be shipped free of charge by Priority Mail. No tracking is available for these packages. Overnight shipping is available but will probably not help it getting there much faster.
Priority Mail is FREE on all orders (we only ship to the US 50 States). This is a 2 - 4 day services including Saturdays. During busy seasonal times, the delivery time can double and there is no guarantee.
Overnight Shipping is Free of charge on orders over $150 (one Overnight Shipment per $150 order). From Dec. 11th to Dec31st UPS does not guarantee on time delivery.
UPS Overnight Air Saver service is available for most orders and if the order does not meet the $150 minimum we have a subsidized rate of only $14.95. From Dec 11th - Dec 30, there is no guarantee from UPS that your package will arrive on time, although over 95% of the time they will.
Orders to PO boxes can only be shipped through United States Postal Services. Unfortunately, there is no option for tracking these packages until they have arrived.

USPS Express Shipment must be used for PO Boxes. This service only guarantees one or two day delivery. During December there is no guaranteed shipping time but 95% of the time your package will be delivered on time.
Shipping times are guaranteed by UPS to arrive within the specified time. We will be glad to refund your shipping cost if we can verify with UPS that your order was not delivered within the specified time. Shipping is not guaranteed when there are weather conditions or mechanical problems beyond UPS's control. Unfortunately, this is at UPS's discretion- not ours.
Holiday Exceptions
The UPS Service Guarantee is in effect throughout the holiday season with the following exceptions: Refunds or credits will not be issued for Overnight Shipments made between Dec. 11 through Dec. 31st.
This does not include the day it was shipped, weekends or holidays or if there are mechanical or weather related delays, which UPS or USPS consider "beyond their control". Sorry, this is at the discretion of the UPS or USPS, not Charms and Jewelry and we cannot refund shipping in this instance.
Products usually ship same business day if order is placed before 4pm Eastern Time If there is a problem with your order, or your item is out of stock, we will promptly notify you via the email address you provided with your order.
Most orders ship out the same day, but if your delivery is urgent, please briefly explain your circumstance in the "customer comments" box found at checkout. We will make every effort to help expedite for urgent situations.
UPS Overnight - next business day, end of day (11:59 PM)
USPS Express - one or two day service, depending on the area of the country.

No. We do not ship internationally. Chamilia does not allow us to ship out of the country.
When shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico, we offer Priority Mail. Shipping Prices can be found at checkout.
If you'd like items sent to different address, you must place separate orders for each address.
Yes you can but you will not be credited until the shipment has returned to us. Delivery confirmation will be required for returned shipments & credits.

Yes, we include a catalogue with most shipments. It might be wise to add this desire in your "customer comments" box at check out if receiving is important to you since catalogues are not included in 100% of the shipments.

There is no cost associated with splitting your order if some items are not in stock. However, Overnight Orders will receive only one Overnight shipment should you choose to split the order.

Credit Cards
Credit cards are not processed until orders are ready to ship. If item(s) on your order are not in stock, your card will not be charged

We will accept items that are returned with no damage to the item(s) and are in their original packaging.
• Please use either a padded envelope, a
cardboard envelope, or wrap the beads with
bubble wrap.
• We recommend insuring your shipment
that is coming back to us, as we are NOT
responsible for lost or stolen beads.
• If packaged in a regular envelope, beads
will often times be missing or damaged
because of USPS’s processing machinery.
Beads MUST be returned in an
envelope with some type of padding!
You will receive a refund within 2-4 weeks of when we receive your return.
